Roger Hodskins joins Scribe

Scribe has announced that former Salesforce.com Executive Roger Hodskins is driving Scribe's push to expand its leadership in partner-developed solutions for the cloud and on-premise (hybrid) integration market.

Hodskins, New Vice President, Strategic Alliances, Scribe said, "I came to Scribe from Salesforce.com based on the strength of Scribe Online, our cloud-based integration platform for application vendors and other partners. We can use our partner-centric platform and our expertise in CRM integration to help our partners expedite cloud adoption among our customers. I'm looking forward to extending the partner programs currently in place to broaden our reach into the cloud integration marketplace."

Scribe's partners use the Scribe Online Data Integration Platform to deliver integration solutions to customers operating in a hybrid (cloud and on-premise) environment. With the growing complexity of the enterprise application ecosystem, customers without a platform-based integration solution can become overwhelmed. Scribe is said to offer partners a proven integration platform they can use to rapidly customize integration solutions for different markets, eliminating the need to manage connectors of varying quality from a variety of vendors.

DoT Secretary hints at making Draft NTP 2018 available in public domain soon

“A draft National Telecom Policy 2018 that is liberal and non-prescriptive in its licensing approach in Machine to Machine (M2M) communication is being given final touches. The policy should be in the public domain in the next two to three weeks for discussion and responses from stakeholders,” said Aruna Sundararajan, Secretary, Department of Telecom, Ministry of Communications. Aruna Sundararajan said, “M2M is the next big opportunity for India in terms of its impact and the quantum change that it will bring about in the quality of services and delivery.
