HP has again exhibited its digital printing technology and solutions through a display of state-of-the-art applications at HP booth at Consumer Electronic Imaging Fair and Photofair 2012.

The seventeenth edition of the CEIF Photofair 2012 is the third-largest Trade Show in the World and is being held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon, Mumbai.

HP is showcasing the Flagship HP Indigo 5500 which is a 7 colour press along with the HP Indigo 7000 Press which is the fastest press in HP's Photo printing portfolio. This can produce around 140 wedding albums in a minute. Both these machines are put up on display for live demonstrations of the various printing applications.

This time HP brings for its customers wedding photo albums which last for over 200 years. These wedding photo albums are one-third the weight of traditional albums and can be customized into miniature photo books.

"Be it a collection of holiday pictures, family photos, your wedding pictures or any other memories that you wanted to capture in an album - all possible with HP's reliable and efficient printing technology portfolio. As it is said, "Today's beautiful moments are tomorrow's beautiful memories!' HP believes in helping you preserve your moments for tomorrow's cherished memories!" said Puneet Chadha, Director, GSB, HP-IPG.

"HP has always strived to be the best in the printing industry since ever. Last year, we have registered a growth in print page volumes by 130% and that is a very good indicative of business growth. Out of the total wedding album printing market HP prints 5-6% of the wedding albums in India," said A. Appadurai, Country Manager, Indigo & Inkjet Solutions, HP-IPG.
