Creative Synergies Group (CSG) has launched their 2nd engineering centre in Bangalore. The launch of this Centre signifies their focus on expanding their global presence and in tapping the Indian Engineering Service Outsourcing (ESO) segment. The new facility located at Vrindavan Tech Village (SEZ), Varthur Hobli, is said to house over 130 engineers. CSG plans to invest over $10 million towards expanding its engineering centres and operations in India over the next 2 years.

CSG India currently employs over 400 engineers and is looking at expanding their strength to 800 engineers by the beginning of 2013.

Dr. Mukesh V Gandhi, Founder, CEO, Creative Synergies Group, said, "The new engineering development and solution centre in India will help us gain a foothold in the Asia-Pacific region and better serve our customers globally. We are witnessing an acute demand from our global customers for India–based engineering support, especially in high-end solutions. By focusing on mission-critical solutions we are creating a completely new segment in the engineering services space."

He added, "Needless to say our presence in India is driven by the fact that India provides a huge opportunity in experienced and skilled manpower and we want to harness this talent pool for our highly skilled industry needs. We are creating an environment that helps nurture and empower our engineers ‘to recognize their true potential’, something that is second nature to me from my academic tenure."
