Mahindra Satyam enters Global Service Agreement

Mahindra Satyam has entered into a global services agreement with FuelQuest. Mahindra Satyam has agreed to provide implementation and support services to FuelQuest as it scales its operations across India, Brazil, China, Russia, USA and other target countries.

Mahindra Satyam will augment FuelQuest's team to provide additional onsite or remote implementation and support services with regard to international customers. Furthermore, to scale appropriately with FuelQuest, Mahindra Satyam will establish the FuelQuest Service Centre within its Delivery centre in India staffed with experienced software professionals.

Gurnani, CEO, Mahindra Satyam, said, "This agreement between Mahindra Satyam and FuelQuest marries two market leaders creating a global solution for energy companies to adopt and utilize FuelQuest fuel and tax automation software and services. This exclusive arrangement with Mahindra Satyam will support Fuel Quest's global expansion plans."

DoT Secretary hints at making Draft NTP 2018 available in public domain soon

“A draft National Telecom Policy 2018 that is liberal and non-prescriptive in its licensing approach in Machine to Machine (M2M) communication is being given final touches. The policy should be in the public domain in the next two to three weeks for discussion and responses from stakeholders,” said Aruna Sundararajan, Secretary, Department of Telecom, Ministry of Communications. Aruna Sundararajan said, “M2M is the next big opportunity for India in terms of its impact and the quantum change that it will bring about in the quality of services and delivery.
