LG's new engagement Program

LG has unveiled an engagement program "Buy LG Feel Lucky program" specially designed for its trade partners. The event is in the form of lucky draws in every 48 hour intervals and is claimed to feature prize distribution for reseller or system builders who buy from LG authorized Distributor. Total 709 prizes to be distributed to lucky winners where 574numbers LG Internal DVDRW, 123 numbers LG 20" LED monitors & 12 Numbers of LG Super slim 22" HD LED monitor to be won during this program.

There is supposed to be a lucky draw every 48 hours. LG is said to announce 82 winners every 48 hours, 41 winners every week & 12 winners in this month.

Soon Kwon, President South West Asia Region & MD LG India said, "It's a unique lucky draw program at such a massive scale which never happened earlier. All dealers who buy minimum 2 units every day can participate in the Lucky Draw. LG ensures fair & transparent lucky draw by calling the eminent personalities in IT Industry will conduct this Lucky draw. We expect more than four thousand reseller; system builder will participate in 16 days mega program."

DoT Secretary hints at making Draft NTP 2018 available in public domain soon

“A draft National Telecom Policy 2018 that is liberal and non-prescriptive in its licensing approach in Machine to Machine (M2M) communication is being given final touches. The policy should be in the public domain in the next two to three weeks for discussion and responses from stakeholders,” said Aruna Sundararajan, Secretary, Department of Telecom, Ministry of Communications. Aruna Sundararajan said, “M2M is the next big opportunity for India in terms of its impact and the quantum change that it will bring about in the quality of services and delivery. The favourable impact of M2M on job creation had already set in as seen by the arrival of the first set of start-ups in the areas such as agriculture, smart cities, healthcare and water management.” She stressed that NTP 2018 would be transformative in harnessing the full benefits of M2M communications.
