MOU signed for broad collaboration

ISI, Tech Mahindra and Mahindra Satyam have announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for broad collaboration in the field of analytics for the Telecom vertical.

In this collaboration, Tech Mahindra and Mahindra Satyam will leverage their domain strengths and leadership along with ISI's academic brilliance in the field of Analytics to develop joint solutions in data mining and data analytics. The key objective of this collaboration is to provide solutions to the telecom service providers for their business problems using the combined approach. This unique model, over time, would be leveraged to address business issues in other verticals.

L. Ravichandran, President, Tech Mahindra, said, "With the rapid growth of devices and an increased data carriage capacity of the networks, we are experiencing data explosion. There is imperative business of extracting meaning from this available data through data mining and analytics. The need of the hour is a proactive approach to pre-empt the behavioural trend of the customer and the partnership between ISI, Tech Mahindra and Mahindra Satyam will help to jointly address these challenges by bringing a comprehensive portfolio of solutions, platforms and models to provide customers new offerings on a wider scale."
