Sage Accpac implemented

Sage India has revealed the successful implementation of Sage Accpac, a modular ERP application that provides financial & accounting support and inventory control and visibility, for Alila Diwa Goa Hotel.

Sage also recommended the installation of Sage Accpac, which features the ability to support multiple currencies, the presence of a strong reporting tool and its tight integration with other business applications like property management software. The adoption of the new system was implemented by Greytrix. Alila integrated a 10 user pack of Sage Accpac 100 with General Ledger, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Systems Manager, Inventory Module, TDS module and Purchase Order modules, to create the ERP platform that integrates seamlessly with Alila's existing front end software applications.

O.P Gupta, Financial Controller, Alila Hotels said, "The installation of Sage Accpac into our operations is part of our move to automate and expand our operations. The new system has not only helped in boosting productivity and improve efficiencies but has also allowed us to integrate our front end operations with our back end operations. Since the adoption, we have managed to reinforce our position as a leading hotel and resort."

Vikram Suri, MD, India & Middle East, Sage Software said, "We are glad that Alila is satisfied with the positive results received from using Sage Accpac. Now equipped with a world class fully reliable ERP solution, Alila now has the advantage to keep a tighter watch on the back end aspect of its operations, which ranges from the materials being brought in to its account payables. Alila is but only one of the many companies that are now taking a bold step towards automation and we are looking to address this demand by leveraging our wide portfolio of solutions across various industry verticals."
