Fujitsu achieves Virtualization World Record

Fujitsu has reaffirmed that its PRIMERGY BX Blade Servers provide a faster, simpler and lower-cost way to build and run an IT infrastructure in medium-sized companies, branch offices or large data centers.

The latest in a long-running series of Fujitsu PRIMERGY firsts is the achievement of a new world record for dual-socket servers in VMware VMmark 2.1.1, where the system achieved a result of 10.94@10 tiles 1.

Fujitsu PRIMERGY Blade Servers enable customers to consolidate the number of servers, components and simultaneously reduce investment costs. Fewer servers are also easier, faster and cheaper to run and manage, reducing operating costs. Business agility is supported through simple, modular design and useful features that help reduce deployment time to hours or minutes.
