Samsung has launched Galaxy Ace Plus (GT-S7500). An enhanced version of the GALAXY Ace is backed by 1GHz processor and HSDPA 7.2 Mbps connectivity along with Wi-Fi 802.11 functionality.

"The GALAXY Ace Plus features the Android Gingerbread platform and Samsung services that provide an enhanced mobile experience to its users. In 2012, we will continue to expand our incredibly popular GALAXY smartphone range, which is one of the most successful mobile brands in India and across the world," said Ranjit Yadav, Country Head, Samsung Mobile & IT.

Running on the Android Gingerbread and featuring Samsung's TouchWiz user interface, the GALAXY Ace Plus incorporates 2GB of storage capacity for multimedia content, expandable up to 32GB along with new music playback functionality that features a play progress bar and the ability to view music tracks in folders. For added productivity, users also have the option of using ThinkFree, a tool that enables viewing and editing of Office documents, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDFs, while on the move. Moreover, The GALAXY Ace Plus enables users to stay connected through Samsung's Social Hub and ChatON services.
