BlackBerry 10 Jam World Tour held in Delhi 
BlackBerry 10 Jam World Tour was held in the capital today. This event was dedicated to providing the app developer community with insights on the BlackBerry 10 platform; its strengths, the vision, and how developers can make apps that stand out to app-hungry BlackBerry users.
“BlackBerry 10 Jam World Tour will give us the opportunity to engage directly with BlackBerry developers here in India. At the same time, to provide them with insights and support that will help developers to bring out the best apps to customers on the BlackBerry 10 platform,” said Sunil Dutt, MD, India, RIM.
Alec Saunders, VP Developer Relations, RIM, said, “There are many talented developers in India so we were pleased with the great start to the Asia leg of the BlackBerry 10 Jam World Tour in Bangalore, and we’re keeping the momentum going here in Delhi. Our priority on the World Tour is to ensure our developer communities around the world have the resources and support they need to ready their apps for the launch of BlackBerry 10.”
Applications created with any of the BlackBerry 10 tools will run on BlackBerry 10 smartphones as well as BlackBerry PlayBook tablets when the new platform becomes available for the PlayBook.
