Duo extends Managed Services Contract
Ericsson has announced the extension and expansion of its managed services agreement with Mobilicity in Canada. This announcement marks the extension of the first managed services contract between Ericsson and Mobilicity, originally signed in 2009 in connection with the rollout of Mobilicity's network in Canada.
In addition to the current scope, Ericsson will expand its role to also take responsibility for network planning, engineering, optimization, customer management as well as integration support for new sites.
Loris Zaia, Executive Vice-President, Ericsson Canada, said, "I am excited that we are further extending our relationship with Mobilicity. It reaffirms the high quality of Ericsson’s technologies and services and creates new opportunities for Mobilicity to maximize the value of its capital expenditures and operating cost to improve capacity, coverage and ultimately the quality of service for its customers."
