Dell creates technological awareness through Government Connect Conference

To understand the government’s perspectives on challenges and pain-points, as well as to highlight the emergence and widespread adoption of new technologies, including Cloud, Data Center and Mobility solutions, Dell has conducted a Government Connect Conference in Lucknow. The year-long series, themed “Future-ready IT, for Future-ready Government”, is a joint initiative with CMR, the ICT, ESDM and Lifesciences industry marketing services company. The Lucknow event aims to create a system where there is no physical interface between citizens and government offices and all services are delivered at the doorsteps.

A survey “IT Pulse” was conducted before the conference, to understand the pain-points, issues and challenges stakeholders being faced in adopting technology. There was interest in discovering and learning more about solutions that could solve the existing problems and challenges with their IT departments.
