Transsion Holdings inks deal with Spice Mobility to revamp Spice as a Brand

Transsion Holdings has signed a joint venture agreement with Spice Mobility to strengthen its foothold in the mobile market. The joint venture (JV) was inked in the presence of Lin Qin, Vice-President, Transsion Holdings and Dilip Modi, Executive Chairman, Spice Mobility. 

The company marks the entry of its new brand in India, reinforcing its commitment to the India market, with an enhanced portfolio.
