Apple iPhone 13 comes with a massive price cut:  The   iPhone 13   128GB model is now available at Rs 55,990, down from Rs 79,900 upon launch. In September, Apple released the iPhone 13 series, which included the   iPhone 13 Mini , iPhone 13,   iPhone 13 Pro , and iPhone 13 Pro Max.   The official website of Apple distributors,  IndiaiStore.com , has a big discount on the iPhone 13 smartphone series. If users want to buy an iPhone 13 from the store, it will give users a Rs 6000 discount if they pay with HDFC Bank cards. The discount is applicable even if they choose the EMI option, which reduces the cost to Rs 73,900.   Furthermore, if users have a previous iPhone in good shape to sell, iStore will give them an additional discount of Rs 18,000, as the exchange value of an iPhone XR 64 GB in India is roughly Rs 18,000. Rajnath Singh inaugurates first Private Sector Defence Manufacturing facility:  Defence Minister Rajnath Singh   inaugurated the first operationalised private sector defence manufacturing facility in the   Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor (UPDIC) . Rajnath Singh termed the facility as a "shining example" of strong public-private partnership.   The facility, run by Aerolloy technologies is the first of its kind in the private sector which will manufacture components for aircraft engines, helicopter engines, structural parts for aircrafts, drones and UAV, submarines, ultra-light artillery guns, space launch vehicles and strategy systems etc. This plant will supply parts for both domestic and export markets to large OEMs.   The minister also laid the foundation stone for an integrated metal manufacturing facility that will produce key raw materials in titanium and other exotic alloys for aerospace applications. Actor Kristen Stewart admits to liking only a few movies that she has acted in:  Actor   Kristen Stewart   is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film Spencer, in which she essays the role of   Princess Diana . India accomplishes the 100 Crore vaccination milestone:  India has delivered more than 100 crore Jabs since the   COVID-19 vaccination drive   launched in January this year. With this achievement, India is expected to see a high-growth in the economy.   While more than 31% of the eligible population has been fully vaccinated, 75% have received their first dose, the government reported.   Prime Minister Narendra Modi , who visited the  RML hospital  in Delhi to mark the milestone, congratulated the country and called it "the triumph of Indian science, enterprise and collective spirit of 130 crore Indians".   According to the  Union Health Ministry data , India took 85 days to touch the 10-crore mark, 45 more days to cross the 20-crore mark and 29 more days to reach the 30-crore mark.   The top five states which have administered the highest number of doses are Uttar Pradesh followed by Maharashtra, West Bengal, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh....

mFine bags Rs 251 Cr in Series C round led by Beenext:  mFine   has raised Rs 251 crore or SGD 46.06 million in its Series C round led by existing backer   Beenext   and participated by several others. This is the second fundraise for the Bengaluru-based venture this year.   Beenext led the round with SGD 13.55 million Rs 74 crore while Helios Heritas and 57 stars Meditech have invested SGD 10.82 Rs 59 crore million and 9.51 million Rs 52 crore respectively, the company’s regulatory filings in Singapore show.   Existing investor  SBI Ven Capital  has put in SGD 8.11 million Rs 44.2 crore whereas Seabright has invested SGD 2.71 million.
