CA Tech bags Excellence in Customer Service 2012

For the first time CA Technologies has been recognized by Omega Management Group Corp.'s NorthFace ScoreBoard Award (NFSB) for excellence in customer service 2012. The awards presentation ceremony will be held from May 29-31 at the Seaport Hotel in Boston during the Omega's annual Symposium for Customer Operations & Relationship Exposition (SCORE) Conference.
For 13 years, the NFSB awards has been recognizing industry specialists in the field of customer experience management and rewards companies that have achieved excellence in customer satisfaction and loyalty during the previous calendar year.
